I am toying with the idea of the Harp Hilly reliability trial, on Sunday, but its a bit of a mission.
I'll keep an eye on this thread for some takers for some gropesave action in Surrey this Sunday. So if there is a few of us going I am definitely interested.
Is this route signposted? I am up for it if it is.

Would love to do Etape Caledonia. I guess travelling by train from London is not an option.
What about getting the train from Edinburgh? EasyJet flight is only £63 and BA is £75 not sure how bike friendly they are.
Another option would be to get the train and send the bike by post to B&B in Perth or wherever you are staying. Although if the bike does not arrive on time you are screwed :)) -

I bought Kinesis Racelight KIC1 (old model) road frameset of ebay without a headset. Previous owner advice to buy internal headset (semi-integrated). After doing my research I realized that there are two standards for Internal headsets :
Previous owner does not know and I am yet to get a reply from kinesis.
New model Racelight KIC2 supports integrated headset. Can you use integrated headsets on frames that support semi-integrated (internal)?
Has anyone come across this frame before? if so what headset does it support?
I tried measuring but my "Professional Power Tape" only supports mm :)))Thanks in advance

The route is a little shorter this time. Even if we're beleaguered by mechanicals (again), we shouldn't end up in the first wave of Sunday lunchtime twats; if it goes well (I will probably navigate 'on the hoof', but Garmin assistance is useful), we'll get round in an hour and a half or something.
There are some short sharp hills, but they're fine on medium gear fixed; and slightly twisty/bumpy descents.
North Londoners might consider riding out (if they're in the market for miles), and I expect the train stops at Finsbury Park.
