On the NCN66 (I think) we came across a 20m+ long pitch black mud filled tunnel that need head torches to navigate through..... which was ‘interesting’
On several occasions I thought we’d taken a wrong turn as we were directed down 5ocm wide strips at the side of 60mph roads, was shocked with how bad some of it was, good thing for them to remove sections that aren’t up to scratch....

@Chalfie I am, currently at home, luckily i commute on foot... don't care what 111 & the Uni policy is, i feel i have a duty of care to my students to not do anything to potentially expose them....
-
So this morning i discovered that a student i teach is showing symptoms of Coronavirus and that i handled her water bottle, and touched her skin directly (to feel for a pulse) when she fainted on friday, i feel i cannot with good conscience continue to teach face to face with students until the student is diagnosed one way or another, but it seems she will not be tested unless admitted to hospital.
As a side note she is often ill, so clearly has a poor immune system.
111 advise that no action is needed on my part, coming from a Government who seem to want us to all be infected to gain "herd Immunity' i'm not surprised, ethically i don't feel comfortable taking their advice until we know more about the students condition, i am going to WFH until this becomes clearer.
Anyone know what position this puts me in? i'm available remotely, but just working from home..

Upgraded Rondo Bogan Gravel/Bikepacking Bike - Size L
This is a used 2020 Model Rondo Bogan bike (The current equivalent model is https://rondo.cc/bogan-st2,611,pl ), perfect for gravel riding and bikepacking.
It has had some upgrades from the stock spec, most notably SRAM Carbon Force Cranks and smaller 38t chainring, the stock stem has been swapped for a 70mm Thomson X4 stem (i can include the original 100mm stem if wanted) , and the bars swapped to 46cm Specialized Hover Bars.
The stock wheels are tubeless ready and have been set up with 50mm WTB Venture tyres, the bike has not been ridden for a while so the tubeless fluid could probably do with being refreshed.
The bike has seen plenty of use so has a fair few cosmetic scratches to the paintwork and lever but no dents, dings or cracks.
I have thoroughly enjoyed riding it both fully loaded on bikepacking tours and on its own on local trails, selling as i have a full carbon bike that i now ride.
The bike is a Size L and was the right size for me at 6'1" - If you want full geometry there are plenty of listings online to look at.
£950 - located in Manchester, can arrange postage at buyer expense by arrangement

——————————————————-
Ideal for touring anywhere on Earth, on or off the road, the Bogan ST features geometry that's optimised for off-road stability combined with an outstanding sitting position for long days on the road. It features a multitude of water bottle cage mounts around the frame, giving you versatile mounting options for frame bags. Plus, it has numerous mounting points for touring racks, which are compatible with virtually every option on the market.
SRAM Apex 1x Drivetrain and TRP Spyre Disc Brakes
Powered onwards by a SRAM Apex 1x11-Spee drivetrain, this bike shifts through gears smoothly and gets you to the top of the steepest hills with ease, even when fully loaded with all your trekking equipment. Also, it's equipped with TRP Spyre mechanical disc brakes that provide exceptional braking power and require minimal maintenance throughout use.
Rondo Twin-tip Fork Adjustable Geometry
Rondo’s Twin-tip fork technology sits at the forefront of adjustable fork geometry and enables you to easily raise or lower the front-end of this ride. The first setting provides steeper angles and a lower riding position and is optimised for racing and sporty high-adrenaline riding. The second option offers slacker geometry for a more relaxed ride position and maximised riding comfort that’s perfect for long-distance adventures.
This is the original spec, so bear in mind the upgrades mentioned above
