I went run first, ski, row when I tried it, and did 19:50, 22:30 and 21:30, i suspect your ordering is possibly more optimal, just need to borrow a rower from my neighbour so I can try them back to back again.
I think I’d pace myself to a 21min ski and make up the time in the others, despite having done a 19:46 a couple of weeks ago as it felt like I might start bleeding out of my eyeballs if I had to go much further at that pace!

I did religiously for a period but struggled to see any correlation with how I felt/performed after ~4 months of monitoring so gave up paying any attention to it.
My resting hr however has a really strong correlation to my “wellness feeling” alcohol boots it up, as does hard training the day before..

Not really sure what’s happened with my weight, did have a weekend away which involved pizza and beer and a few bits of chocolate but my weight is still a fair bit above where it was this time last week despite 3 days of pretty spartan living.
77.4kg this morning, calories up to about 2000 now, as I slowly increase, the grind continues!

Just ordered a cycle to work voucher to get a g line.
My use case is
Ride to work (3km with occasional extension to 5k when dropping kids off at school by bike)
Family holidays either riding with the kids or wanting to go for a ride on my own.
Riding home/to family events when I can get away with a ride/being an hour late.
Occasional trips into londons famous London, where I can mostly leave bike fully unfolded in the security office at my destination.Fiver the fold is still small enough to fit in the back of a golf, the ride will be better for the trips I do and longer holiday type rides will be better with the 8spd gears.

It was nothing special, just a shirt I bought in a 2for1 deal last year not realising it was the slim version when the one I tried on was a standard fit. It’s been annoying me all year hanging up in my cupboard too small for me…
Still ticking away here, weight is a bit static but had a big drop last Monday so guess that’s just normalising a bit, and maybe not been quite as rigorous as I could have been with food.
On the positives my waist has not gone from 38” down to 33” which is both good for clothes, looks and the single biggest reduction in ill health risk…

For me there were two options, sage offers performance out the box but it’s not easily modifiable or repairable, something like a gaggia classic/rancillio silvia is infinitely repairable and upgradable if the mood takes you…
Honestly, though if you are a happy aeropress user I’d be just looking at a great grinder to improve the enjoyment of it… and maybe a glass/metal aeropress…

I’m not 100% sure but suspect where the steam button has raised the boiler to steam temperature you’ve not allowed it to cool down again and the used steam/super hot water to try to extract the coffee…
Best to make coffee then steam, and if you are making another coffee afterwards you need to allow time to cool down and purge the water in the boiler…

Good week for me, have begun to up the protein and start being a bit more organised about strength training, using ChatGPT to make up sessions according to what’s available in my work gym. Have also discovered skyr bowls (I know others even on here have been proponents for a long time…) which are honestly such a good hack, loads of protein/flavour for a surprisingly low calorie count…

82.6 for me this week, so a more steady 600g, had a couple of ropey days over the weekend, and have a dinner thing tonight, but got up at 6 so I could do a workout before the kids woke up…

My team at work is being moved to the basement, but the upside is that the company have agreed buy us an espresso machine and grinder… our opening salvo is a lelit Bianca and Philos….
Anything else people would look at… I’m slightly drawn by the eureka libra to simplify things for those who aren’t going to be that into the art of making good coffee (there are only 6 coffee drinkers…)
