If that wasn't enough...I then got the p-word... took shelter in a hotel entrance to repair, and then to my suprise got asked if I needed any help by the valet. Quickly transpired that he wasn't offering help... just "can i help you"? as in "get the fuck away from our hotel"...

I got the Ultra bike Nazi treatment the other week from someone in BLB. He felt my forks were ok but the rest of the bike was a piece of shit because it's a conversion- not fit for purpose blah blah blah.
I don't ever remember seeing him training with the Polish athletic team, so I demanded he took off his trainers!

A gal on a Bianchi flying past all n sundry y'day eve from Farringdon, until, I finally caught and passed her on, hackney rd. Managed a quick - "yup, i'm still with ya look at some lights" That was some pace ! (and I won't say for a girl...ok...i won't)
