I am tempted to get it powder coated as it will just rust more and I am moving to Newquay in October and dont want it disintergrate as soon as I get there. Once it is built I also cant be arsed taking it apart again, plus I got it cheap as chips.. So looks like Armourtex it is and an aerospoke rear and HED front with pink risers and green tyres ;-)

Bought this earlier from Hilary, but then saw a Mercian track frame in my size on ebay (sods law) and bought it, so dont need this.

I have already paid for it to be delivered to London, so you can collect from Holborn for the £28 I paid for it (obviously no delivery charge), paypal gift payment is fine.

This frame has braze-ons for a rear rack and for cantilever or V-brakes. This frame is in excellent condition except that its had the slightest of bumps - the down tube has a very small bump behind the lug which is extremely difficult to see but which can be felt. This won’t affect the strength or handling of the frame to any noticeable extent but hence it is only £28

I have just bought one of the Raleigh Touring frames from Hilary (cheers!).

I now need a couple of parts, a pair of clinchers, preferably with a flip flop rear hub, 130mm spacing, a 100mm quill stem and a BB and cranks with a single chainring. All for a beater, so need for Phil Woods or Campy Chainsets. Cheers guys.

I am with Crispin Glover, dont think this one should be barstardised into a fixie, it would be wrong. Needs to be in its original 8 speed state, in my opinion, it will be awesome!

I have an unfinished Roberts low pro possibly for sale, as I want to go back to fixed, so could be interested in a swap?

Currently have Roberts 653 (54cm C-T and 55cm C-C) low pro frame and columbus aero profile forks (front and rear 700c), Cinelli quill stem, Simplon titanium BB, Campy C Record Cranks with 55 or 54 chainring (running single up front), C Record 8 speed rear mech and rear shifter, C Record aero seat post, C Record headset, profile airwing bars, ITM TT brake levers, Selle Italia Gel Saddle. All in great condition.

Also comes with profile quill stem, sora calipers, a record front hub, laced to mavic rim and Hope rear screw on hub laced to mavic rim, 7 speed cassette (needs and 8 speed), complete with tyre, tubes and skewers, Chorus front mech.

All it needs to finish is 8 speed sprocket and chain, cabling and bar tape, then its ready go.

What sort of cash would this be worth, or what complete ready to ride fixie do you have to swap?

I have a Record 8 speed rear mech, Record 8 speed downtube rear mech shifter, Record Chainset (going to run a single ring up front), just need an 8 speed campy spaced freewheel now and I am ready to roll.

Does anyone have an 8 speed freewheel with Campag spacing, I think a Sach one will work?

I work in London and could do with one pdq.
