^Good point.
I'll measure tonight but from memory it's around 95/115 - I managed to stretch out fork and rear to fit 100/120 size with no issues.
It worked fine with fixed rear wheel using Campag record pista hubs from 1960s. The rear dropouts are tight but will accept it with no filing.
The front dropouts though wouldn't take the Record fixed hub axles without the axles being filed down flat a bit. -

I guess it depends what you want it to be.
Why is it "wrong"?
I found trying to recreate a photo or a close copy of an image far too frustrating as I'm not that accurate or patient.
I found it much more liberating to accept mistakes/inaccuracies/artistic licence are part of what the makes the final piece special.
But others seem to take great satisfaction from making it photo-realistic or incredibly intricate.
If it's important getting it very close to that image you could make a print from a printer, paint a thin layer of oil on the back, and then "draw" it onto the canvas itself. Obviously it will only be as big as the printed paper.
It's not cheating :-) -

Some of the first ones I've taken with an Olympus OM-1 I've just picked up. Still a lot to re-learn...
