Afternoon,

After breaking Eggbeaters, saving up for pair of new pedals and shoes, so got couple of items to pass on to make funds.

First:

58cm Geoffrey Butler frame/forks/headset/stem & BB
Columbus TSX tubing road frame, nice lugs and close-ish clearances (700C)
58cm seat-tube / 57cm top-tube

Used frame, with signs of chips, scratches and bit of rust to paintwork, but purely cosmetic. Bought couple of years back from Isometric.

Mavic Aksium clincher road wheelset. Black 700C. Tubes & tyres included. Pictures provided.

Rear - Radial non-driveside, 2x driveside lacing pattern. 20 hole bladed black spokes. NO cassette (Shimano fitting). Quick release skewer incl.
Wheel was recently trued, tensioned and had bearings replaced about 1 month ago. Spins smoothly. Fitted with Vittoria Rubino Pro 700x23 white/black tyre.

Front - 20 hole bladed black spokes. QR skewer. Fitted with Schwalbe Blizzard Sport 700x23 tyre (black)

Looking at £100 for the pair.

Shifting bike parts that have been lying around for a while to make funds for a new frame, and seeing if there's any interest in this front wheel from my GT Avalanche?

Specification:

26" Alexrims ACE-17 rim - laced to Quando hub with silver spokes & nipples.
Fitted with a DMR Motodigger 26x2.35" tyre (plenty of life left). No skewer.

Designed for use with mechanical or hydraulic disc brake that will take a Shimano 160mm rotor.

Looking for £30 ono.

700C front wheel for sale this afternoon. Pictures provided.

Description: Radially laced machined, red Velocity Deep V to a high-flange, 36-hole, silver Miche Primato hub with silver DT Swiss DB spokes, and silver nipples.

Selling to make funds for a new wheel, so selling complete with tape, tube and tyre; a slightly worn Vittoria Rubino Pro, all-white 700x23.

I've been running the wheel on my bike, and there are some blemishes to the rim (shown), but runs smooth and true.

Resurrecting this as i've just trued my front wheel, and really don't want to keep braking on the mostly non-machined part of my rim. Anyone got anything to help me out?

Caliper is used but runs fine and am still willing to swap for a better reach caliper.

Took a look at this thread, after much deliberation as to whether to purchase a pair. Just bought some from probikekit, they've got some v.good end of TDF sales on atm. Snapped up a pair of Bianchi Milano bibshorts for £40, and my friend got Castelli pair, limited edition.

Worth checking out if anyone is interested in comfort on those long summer rides.

Started a new commute, and spotted two bikes/cyclists in particular. Don't know them by person, but one is a nice Bianchi Pista (chromeo one), brakeless, easton drops and H+Son front & rear, both in black. Much nicer than OTP! saw locked up this morning outside cafe.

And a guy riding a cream lo-pro, thought it was fixed, but looked like coasting this morning. Brooklyn jersey and cap. Both around Wandsworth area.
