Epic bumb, well conclusion as I remembered I posted this in the first place.
LOOK are fantastic, it took so long because I was at uni so couldn't get the pedals to the shop and then couldn't collect the new ones once they ha arrived. The shop just said they had the replaced ones in and I forgot to ask were they at least any version of Keo2Max, well this is what the froggies sent me last month - Good things come to those ho wait:
The price tag reads £249.95, might not use them in crits...

Girl with like 2 buns in her hair white cap and helmet riding a red steel Colnago that looked very new with some of the new shapes Campag shifters on, oh and white Sidi's ... Erm marry me? (Might have to get rid of the Sram calipers though :p)
And whilst I'm here, AndyP, saw you were at HH CX, next time I go to one I'll look out for you and shout. It will defo not be "rider through" though as I was crap haha

For pedals, specifically the 'Look Keo HM Carbon Ironman' ones.
I bought them last January, but didn't use them till round Easter. They have seen plenty of use, but I like my bikes clean, so they certainly havn't been un-loved. I still couldn't really believe the state I found them in after Saturdays ride, as if they wore out in one ride.
Here are the pictures, and also what the surface looked like new:
The box is up North along the shop I purchased them from, so I'm wondering what to do until I can get back up there?
When looking closely at crank side area its clear to see that the whole 1st layer of carbon has been worn through and that it's well on its way into the next layer ... I can't imagine theres all that much left to go through with the bearings there.

Firstly, massive thanks to Will for getting me there for the start of Catford on time.
Turns out you make good grub to.The results are up for both:

I'm really happy about Catford, managed 8th place and very close to some prize money, the atmosphere was amazing and next year I hope to have a new bike and some stronger legs.
I was a bit rushed to the start and the wheel was slipping in parts but not enough to complain as it's the same for everyone. Can't believe how close I got to a top 10 here, joint 11th by 0.1 seconds. I felt I rode this harder ... I felt horrendous at the finish, but I placed lower so I don't know what went wrong. It started to rain when I was on the start line but I had no problems on the way up at all, don't think it affected times as people put in sub 2 min times at the end and there wasn't any leaves/gravel/mud on the road.
Massive thanks to those that cheered, you don't see faces when riding it but you defently know your being watched and it gives you a massive boost to get to the line.
Stelle I have a shoe lace you might need?
There must be more photos than that, no? -

build the frame in your spare time, you won't get enough marks to make it worth it for a gcse. from what i remember it was all about the coursework and (if you read the mark scheme) the finish on the 'product' hence all the many hours and hours spent on the frame won't count for shit, they will jsut look at the paint job.

I have never met you, but if it really is hilly around you then I can pretty much guarantee you don't need a gear bigger than an ~80inches, I believe that is an acceptable gear for outdoor tracks, not hills. You may be pushing harder on the pedals but you might be going quite a bit slower. Chapeau though.
