White Doniselli track bike
This is my mate's, was stolen from his canal boat in Debeauvoir. Can't find any photos, but I built it for him ages ago so this is what I can remember of it:
- 54cm 531 frame and forks of tatty white paint and headbadge like this - it's a pretty unusual make to see in the UK
- Seat tube has slight tears to the tubing so it has a 410mm silver Thomson seatpost going about 25cm or so into the frame. This will almost certainly be stuck in there, regardless of any other parts changed.
- Black Grande Compe rear wheel
- Silver front wheel, can't remember what exactly
- Schwalbe Marathon tyres, front and rear
- Custom 48T crankset
- Condor 19T sprocket
- Chromed steel headset.

These have shamefully only done about 200 miles - one Dunwich Dynamo and a handful of short commutes - all dry, road miles on my tourer, which I've switched over to a road triple on, so these are no longer needed sadly.
They're 170mm with 44,32,22 rings. The middle ring is composite carbon and steel. Comes with BB and three spacers for setting up with both 68 and 73mm frames and a chain device if needed.
Condition is excellent, tiniest bit of wear on the rings - just the anodising, not into the teeth - and BB bearings obviously still super smooth.
These were £220 originally. Asking for £100, given what you can get them for now.

I'd say this is probably going to be too small, but there's so much variation in how you might choose to build this up that it's not out of the question either.
I would have thought 5'10 would already be pushing the maximum height for this size, but it really depends on what you would do with it.
Also, I don't have a 24" front wheel anymore, but here's a picture to give you a rough idea of the geometry.

TJ frame size is seat tube 505mm C-T, top tube 535mm C-C (actual). Obviously lots of scope in how you build it, but I'd say rideable for someone 5'4" - 5'10".
