Just walked past an unfortunate chap getting a ticket for jumping a light at the holborn junction. Managed to warn another dude on a bike who was about to jump the junction, & he got off & walked round.
Didn't look like one of those fukk blown operations, just a couple of regular foot patrol rozzers..

More rims are stolen in Oz hence this has to factored into the price, no one will insure a lorry loads of deep-v's over there so the money is made back via the retail price. Once they have the rims out of the country velocity knows it's rims are safe so can charge less.
