What wheels would you recommend for around £250? Bit hesitant of the whole Velocity Deep Vee been style over substance, do look pretty though. Any good online wheel builders I should check out? Or anyone with a nice pair they wanna sell!?

Well I have bit the bullet after hours of comparing etc and gone for the Fuji Feather, £410 from Ebarg in baby blue (58cm) so I have a good few quid to throw on it, thinking a decent wheelset & sorting the gearing to what I want...!Nhattattack! I had a Steamroller a couple of years back & I loved it but I fancied something a bit different, plus im on a bike all day everyday at the moment at work hence wanting an OTP.(I always normally build from scratch...just no time at the minute, bloody summer holidays! ( I work in the holiday Industry))

Hmmm cheers, had a good trawl through them & I am leaning towards the Roll 2, in a Large I think, I ride a 19.5 full susser which is spot on & a rigid old skool Kona which is a 19" & a little small (but i love her!) so Im thinking the Large should be okay... I hope!

Just hustled up £700 to spend on a new OTP, problem is living in Cornwall there is nowhere to really view or try out any decent fixies so im torn between 3 bikes which I can only judge on what I have found online, plus I have the problem of choosing the right size too... I'm 6'2 with a 34 1/2" inside leg. The three I have narrowed it down to are a Global Roll 2, 'Dale Capo or Fuji Feather. Any info would be appreciated...

Selling what is basically a brand new bike that I stupidly purchased thinking I would get chance to get back into flatland (which im not gonna!) Its perfect nick,
cost me nearly a grand a few weeks ago, make me an offer or I am after a decent fixer (im 6'3 sooo 58 to 60 ish cm?) if you want to swap or swap/cash etc..I will post to anywhere in UK.

Having almost finished building up my first fixer ive just come to fitting my toe straps to pedals, having allways had flatties im a bit unsure exactly how to do this. I have some luvly MKS RX-1's, MKS toeclips and Fujitoshis straps....any help/pix would be most appreciated as i just want to make sure i do it the correct/safe way! cheers...
