Food did however solve the British / Russian blue debate, mates of ours went to Moscow and came back with some Caviar and dodgy faggs, he didn't like the caviar but will happly scoff fish from the local fish and chip shop. So i guess hes a British Blue.
Atlantic Boulevard can paint that and supply the decals.. mine came from tokyo fixed and aparently it was painted by AB.. also it needed a shallow headset SJS cycles came to the rescue there.

Is it therefore safe to assume that the rear dropouts are for the 110 x 8mm axle with the flat edges ground onto them and it wont accept the 120 x 10mm round axle as the rear dropouts are only 8mm high. ?
Loose parts... that happened to me, i put a bike together rode it to work for a few months tweeked it. Get on the ride and the cranks come loose.. i had to console myself with some local brew.
Torquing nuts and bolts to manufacturers recommendations and thread lock.. for the next one.
I see you have an adjustable handle bar stem, i think that could be the start of your Stayer (motorpace) project.
I have done it a couple of times down at Herne Hill its just so fast and noisy .. !
