Funny people refering to In Utero. I was listening to that recently and was reminded how, when I first bought it and put it on, I was disappointed at how they sounded on Serve the Servants. Then I realised that this was actually a much more powerful sound than the rather overproduced Nevermind. Also, Suede's Animal Nitrate came on the radio the other day and (despite sounding really dated) it had a kind of saturated distortion that just would not be accepted by the industry today.

You might think about leaving early, but that might not be possible if you're doing it officially and have a set time. Ditchling has quite a variable gradient I seem to remember, some if it quite steep, and there are a few twists and turns before the top. In terms of overall distance it's not that long, but it can be punishing at the end of a long ride.

Armstrong had a different attitude to Landis just last year when he tried to make his own comeback.

Strange how, now Landis has spoken out about doping, he's become the target of smears and ad hominem attacks.

You off then? bye.
Winky mouth-breathing incompetent fuckwit.
^compare with Jackie Ashley's column in the guardian (she was no Brown fan):
It could hardly have been done better. Behind the mask of anger, and the caricature monster hated by the press, there has always been a better Brown, a gentler and nicer man. Now, so late, we saw better Brown saying goodbye.
My guess, as he left with Sarah and his boys, is that he may do very well in his post-Westminster life. Not for him, I think, the super-paid speeches, the executive jets and the swank, but books and good works. My guess is that one day, the country may yet warm to this man.

I'm having difficulty getting properly set up on my pompino. The seat tube angle according to the website is 73.5 degrees, which is the same as my road bike. However, with the saddle in roughly the same position on the seat post, I'm ending up with the saddle further back behind the BB. I think this may be causing me to not have enough power going through the pedal stroke.

That picture of Cameron on the Mirror's front page is telling, because at the age Cameron was smashing up restaurants as part of the Bullingdon Club, Gordon Brown was campaigning to raise the living wages of university cleaners, and to stop investment in South Africa. Brown was on the side of those who have to clean up the mess after Cameron and his ilk have torn everything apart.

your vote will count towards who is, for example, the next most popular candidate in your constituency, and will therefore affect how people vote come the next election when they look at the share of votes last time. Plus, in the discussions that will take place in the next few days about popular vote vs number of seats, all votes will count equally.
Also, voting is a right that has been hard won, and is not available to all in the world.

And in any case, in the case of Labour, no one needs to convince anyone that they are dick wads.
This is just a kind of lazy prejudice, which it is fashionable to affect. I think it's based very much on the fact that Labour have been in power for 13 years, and people just like to hate whoever's in power. The reason I have a problem with it is a) Labour's heart is in the right place and it has done a lot of good for this country (minimum wage, reform of house of lords, peace deal in NI, devolution, Human Rights Act, Freedom of Info Act, Sure Start, etc*) b) it does the Tories'/Right wing press' work for them.*Compare that list of achievements with your glib use of the term 'dick wads', then consider if you've really thought through your assessment of the last few years.
That stretch of road (off the strand via the cyclepath and up towards Covt Garden) seems to encourage bad driving. I think because it's a dead end (for cars), taxis coming out of that junction on the right don't think they have to look left to see if anythings coming.
