That's no replica. It's a well known example that was left for works by some wealthy arab in Dubai who never bothered to pick it up. The garage couldn't get hold of the owner so left it outside for a year or so. Apparently the damage was caused solely by the elements, although I don't see how the front spoiler broke and disappeared...

Sand. I have plenty of friends who have lived out in Dubai and there is a reason all cars over there are brand new mate. The amount of particles and dust that work their way into the engine is quite damaging to the internals.
That and the rubbish tarmac means he'd be going sideways more often than not! ;)

Nah, checked all the above - it's just way too small. Small block rad meets stroked, tuned big block and fails. Should have just ponied up for a new one in the first place when I was buying all the other bits.
It has left the US apparently, so might get here and in before the 2nd.
Jonny, subject to the US visa people liking me looks like a move to Cali is on the cards. Double irony if it never turns a wheel in anger over here.... ;)
I don't want to be harsh but it genuinely would be hilarious if you transport it back to USA before you leave any 11's in this country. (would have been a lot cheaper and faster to have built over there I'm sure).

I think that actually looks pretty damn good. The only initial recoil for me was that the Evoque was obviously the style predecessor and I hate them.
Not because they aren't any good but because they don't fit the original idea behind the RR brand and are nothing but a fashion statement. I actually went for the Disco because it adheres more to the original RR ethos than anything under that brand today (that and it is more reliable (ahm, ahm, ahm)).
I really like the styling on the new FFRR. Still holding true to the floating roof, lovely light detailing at the rear, although I will say the front spoiler is very Q7. Looks like they've raised the rear overhang as well. So will probably be the best off-roader made so far. Heard they have re-written the programming and changed most of the hard wear.
Where can I put my deposit down? ;)

Genuinely cannot wait. Oh, what should I come as?
Ved, you dressing up buddy?
