I was out in the car, think I saw you. I saw quite a few cyclists this morning, looked bloody awful. Up near Lewisham the roads are black - if you don't fall off you most certainly would get a black snow shower from the passing trucks.

How much play (left / right movement) in the rear wheel indicates a busted hub. Mine is a bit wobbly and making annoying noises when I am cycling. Sound busted?

That does look nice, not as nice as the previous grey one mind IMO. In terms of look the main things which are ugly on the Fuji are the stem, seatpost and saddle - replace those and it is a nice looking bike.

PS - I wish those wheels came as stock, alas no.

After not buying overshoes in cavendish (not sure if that was you phasergunalex) today I went to Waterloo Evans on the way home - anyway the girl in there I was talking to wanted one of those bags... anyway she may be reading or you could go and set up a stall outside or something.

First day back on the bike after a month or so off. Wet!

Can anyone recomend some overshoes that stop the wet. I have some neoprene ones that appear to do the exact opposite - sucking the water in, then holding it on you shoes!

I really like the Stout you get in Sam Smiths pubs! It is well cheap and tastes a bit like coal.

Goes down well at dinner parties and private views.

The 2009 look bloody awful in my view. The 2008 grey bike looks great, so great I bought one. A little black tape over the stupid web addresses and a top tube pad, bmx stem, and flats has sorted it. Very nice to ride.

Yeah, I have had two Fuji tracks and a two road conversions too. It is definitely better than the 70s road bike conversions with slack geometry.

I liked the ride of the langster and fuji tracks equally, although I prefer the look of the Fuji geometry.

The langster is definitely a stiffer ride though (watch out for bumps) due it's aluminium frame, this way the only major difference I could detect. It is bloody light too - again watch out for bumps!

As an owner of an 08 langster they are really great bikes - very nice quality and super light. They are very responsive on the road.

I saw one of the silver ones in a shop the other day and it is pretty ugly compared to the 08 which was a really nice paint job IMO. You won't be dissapointed if you get one - they come on ebay pretty regulalry for around 250-280 so I am not sure I would go for a new one, nearly new / second hand are very good value.
