You haven't listed a spare tyre so def. take a tyre boot. On a short weekend tour earlier this year, my carrying a couple of the Park Tool ones meant my riding partner could limp on with a gash in his tyre. They weigh nothing but can be super useful to allow you to ride on as far as a shop!
Second thing - if you follow Ed's advice to pack a small backpack, buy an Alpkit Gourdon. They are cheap and light and as a dry bag / rucksack are incredibly versatile. The back pad is removable to sit on if you are stopped somewhere and in the event of a different bit of your kit failing, you can carry stuff easily.

Saw these Novatec wheels the other day suggested as an alternative to the Kinesis. They are lighter and also seem fairly well reviewed by Road.cc

Are there too few spokes though? This seemed to be the only real point for internetz speculation.

Squeaky Chains - I'm not sure if these guys have had a mention on here. Looking at their website, they certainly aren't new. However, I cycled past them yesterday tucked down a side street in Southwark and having looked them up, I thought I'd give them mention. Especially seeing as they are a social enterprise helping people out.

But both methods are used after the animal has been stunned. Most meat slaughtered in the UK is stunned first. I don't think there is much to get worked up about. Once the animal is stunned, I'm not too fussed whether it is shot with a bolt gun or has its throat slit.
Apparently, it is only a small % that is not stunned: http://www.theguardian.com/lifeandstyle/2014/may/08/what-does-halal-method-animal-slaughter-involve

Can anyone point me in the right direction for some replacement bearings for Centaur hubs? The rear is 11sp.
These are the hubs: http://www.gbcycles.co.uk/p/48740/Campagnolo-Centaur-Hubs
But I'm struggling to find the correct bearings. -

I've a pair of compass 32 that you are welcome to try if you want. They roll superbly, a really nice ride. They punctured far far too easily though. At the moment, I am loving Jack Browns. I'm interested to try the new Conti GP4000 ii S in 28 width. They look light and supple and with good puncture protection. No one seems to have them in stock at the moment though.
How about one of these: https://www.etsy.com/uk/listing/181606005/gravel-grinder-brevet-cue-card-holder?
I emailed Jordan (big x top) the other week about making me one. It is easy to take on and off, not that touristy, perfect size fro route sheet / brevet card and you can still have a GPS mounted 'out-front' as well.
