has anyone got a long drop front brake and cross top leaver up for grabs? not overly fussed what it is as long as it's not propper siht.

i've just finished it, it's got gash forks on it at the moment but i'm gonna go pick some more up today i hope.
just put the new forks on it, the bicture is a bit yellow because of the light in my front room but you get the idea.
plus a free fuzzy picture of my trek.

i litterally cannot find straight ones they've all got a curved leg. Everyone i've called said if i want a straight leg (which means an offset crown) i'll have to get them built and it's gonna be about £100..

you can run a integrated fork with a normal headset, I think a cane creek sealed cartridge one will work, but you might end up with a gap below the race because on a integrated headset the bottom bearing race runs directly on the fork, and the cup is inside the bottom of the frame rather than sitting proud of it like on a normal bike. That and the crown on a integrated fork is wider than standard so it doesn't look small next to the larger headtube. i don't think i've explained that well....

yeah i saw them, but they're 27" and i want some tight clearance on my front wheel, if they're meant for 27" and i'm running 700 with a 19mm tyre what do you think the clearance would be like. As i have no idea.

Does anyone know anyone that still makes 1" threaded steel forks, or where i can get some? mine are bent, i'm livid, and i'm not paying $!$!$200 DORRAR!!! for some off ebay.

yeah i think i'm going to go for 1/8 sproket and chain with a 3/32 chainring only because it's going to be cheaper.. that and i can't find 130pcd 1/8 chainrings in 44t..
