Got this groupset recently on a complete bike, I only really wanted the frame, so the rest of it is surplus to requirements.
It's in really good condition, the bike looked like it'd hardly been ridden, and the groupset reflects this. It's not immaculate of course, but it probably could be with a bit of elbow grease. So, we've got:
Mirage double chainset / 170 arms / 53/39 rings
Mirage ergo levers
Mirage hubs laced to Mavic Open 4 CD rims (some of the nicest shaped rims they made in my opinion)
Mirage brakeset (with original pads and plenty of wear)
Mirage rear mech
Mirage front mech (28.6 band on)
Miarge headset (1" british thread)
Veloce bottom bracket (british thread)
Mirage 8 speed cassette (with SRAM Pc58 chain)
Campag composite downtube cable stops
MKS Sylvan pedals w/ NJS toe-clipsReally don't want to split if I can help it, so priority will be given to anyone who can take the lot in one. Any questions please ask, dibs followed by PM.
Plus, for anyone in London, it can be viewed at Fitzrovia Bicycles, 136-138 New Cavendish Street, W1W 6YD£300 ono

For the past few months I've been trying to convince myself that this wasn't too big for me, but alas, it is. It's a lovely fillet brazed frame in a super deep flam red colour, and when riding it fully loaded, the fillet brazing comes into it's own providing extra stiffness where needed.
Reynolds 653 tubing
62cm seat tube c-t and 60cm top tube c-c.
1" ahead steerer
130mm rear spacing
Braze-ons for 2 bottle cages, mudguards, rear pannier rack and a pump!Bad bits. The only thing really is that the hole is the chainstay bridge has corroded a bit, ovalising the hole (see pic). Structurally this shouldn't affect anything, and with mudguards fitted it's un-noticeable. Other than this, for some reason the forks are a slightly different colour; they're a slightly more orangey red than the frame, although both frame and forks have a matching frame number (see pic).
Was £250, now £240 ono. It's at Fitzrovia Bicycles for anyone who wants a closer look. Dibs followed by PM.

I've just finished a loving BSA build for my girlfriend, got it resprayed in duck egg blue, here favourite colour. If she doesn't ride it then I'm going to have to seriously rethink our future ;)
Ha, so true. I really fancied building her something special, putting a bit of time in, but I suspected it wouldn't get used much. Good luck with yours!

So, my dad had bought these Shimano shoes for himself on a whim, but alas they were too small for him. They're in the black/silver colourway and are a 47. They're literally brand new, still in the box...never been worn, never had cleats fitted etc. Come with a lovely shoe bag too. If they were a 45, i'd definitely be keeping them as they're super nice.
Cheapest price I can find online is Wiggle here for £187.49 and they only have size 39.
So shall we say £180, then £165, then £155 Now £145 ono
And lastly, is a Raleigh girls bike I built a couple of years ago for my girlfriend, but it's been unappreciated and unridden. Ah well. It's a Raleigh Impulse frame, so basic chromoloy steel, no fancy 531 here. When I built it I fitted new wheels, tyres, block & chain, brakes, bars and lovely wicker basket. It's pretty basic, but will definitely make your girlfriend/wife/mistress well happy.
50cm seat tube c-t
54(ish)cm effective top tube c-c£140, then £130, then £120 Now £110ono
Items are at my place in North London (N17 6AT). I could probably take the shoes into work at Fitzrovia Bicycles in W1, but not the bike. Dibs followed by PM please.

Wow, now there's an incredible over reaction if I ever saw one. Seriously, just chill a little. Seriously no ulterior motive here, I've just always considered it a neat way to close a thread, with no confusion as to whether the item has sold or not. If you're really that pissed off with someone erasing the selling price just send a pm to the seller to ask what it sold for and I'm sure they'll happily oblige. Nuts.

Evening all. I bought this frame for myself on a recent trip to South Africa, but I think I got a bit overexcited with finding such a tasty frame out there I didn't think much about the size; it's definitely too small for me, so I'm gonna pass it on.
Although I'm sure that it is a Viner, due to the cross cutouts in the lugs (as outlined in this article http://vineristi.wordpress.com/2011/09/10/the-mystery-of-stars-and-crosses/), it looks like it may have been renovated at some point, as it has a 'special professional' decal on the chainstay whereas this looks more like a 'special corsa'. It also has a Columbus Tretubi decal, which may or may not be accurate? Could be 531 tubing if it is a Special Corsa. If anyone has any more info then let me know.
All this said, it's a lovely frame, and very nicely finished in a lovely flamboyant deep red. It's undrilled front and rear, and has very close clearances with 23c tyres. Campag dropouts front and rear. Unfortunately the drive side downtube decal has a nasty scrape through it, but there's no dent...in fact there's no dents or dings anywhere.
Seat tube 57 c-t
Top tube 55.5 c-c
Seat post 27.0 (i have a 'strong' post i could throw in with it)
Stronglight Needle bearing headset includedSOLD for £1,000,000,000
The frame is at Fitzrovia Bicycles, feel free to swing by and take a look. Dibs followed by PM.

I don't have an excellent story or whatever but I was looking for a replacement stem bolt earlier on in the week and the helpful guy there just gave me a spare from their parts bin gratis. I know its not a huge deal but its very pleasant to know people can be so helpful and they're not out to just try and make money from you. So thanks.
Dunno if it was me you spoke to, but you're welcome! We're very much of the view that just a small gesture can go a long way...like it should be in all bike shops. Cheers!

I'd just like to say a few words about how great Fitzrovia bikes have been over the past few weeks.
I was knocked off my bike about a month ago and the front end was knocked about. Alex at Fitzrovia checked over the bike and prepared a quote for me which was sent to the driver. After some umming and ahhing on the driver's part, and a bit of chasing by Alex, the money was paid and they repaired and built up the bike and threw in a few extras too. They were fantastic and I couldn't have expected more, the shitty situation was turned good by their help. I could not recommend more.
They also have an incredible selection of vintage frames hanging up which are more than worth a look at if you're in the Oxford St area.
Cheers for the kind words dude, glad we got it sorted and riding nice again! Take it easy dude.

I'm doing it this year as well. My dad has done it the past 2 years and is doing it again with me. The main advice he was giving me was to make sure you drink plenty, which judging by the amount of water stop there apparently are, shouldn't be a problem. I'm probably just gonna take it easy, enjoy the scenery and take in the atmosphere. Well excited.

Forgot to mention that the tyres on the wheels are included, as that'll make all the difference in your decision to buy.
Any offers?
