I wouldn't hold my breath. Having worn them for your commute every day for a year and a half, I would say that it's just normal wear and tear. Not sure what the "life expectancy" is, but if I shall be happy if I get a year out of mine.

I have exactly the same issue. Basically gusset is completely knackered. In my more whimsical moments I consider sending them back to Rapha as shurely they should fix things i bought (Even in sample sale!) but I am not that much of a twunt

Whilst the game is a little fiddly and clunky at times it's still awesome as it is just the same as the original board game. Griff Oberwald has scored a lot of touchdowns for me

if you hold down Ctrl, Alt and an arrow key on a keyboard you can change the direction of the screen. Good fun if your colleague leaves computer unattended to turn their screen upside down.

I am thinking of getting a tablet maybe nexus 7 for work. Just to take to meetings and type in notes there and then and start typing e-mails etc. (I go to a lot of seminars/policy discussions with my job and always take handwritten notes and it seems a litte backwards)

Any views on best tablet for this, do people have experience of this or use a bluetooth keyboard at all?

I found a huge spider in my bag this morning as i was getting ready to leave. Pulled everything out then repacked. Got to work and as I'm unpacking the same huge spider creeps out having hidden in my workshirt.

So I take off my cycling gear shove it back in the bag, and chuck the spider back in. There there little fella, you can come back home with me - I won't let the cleaners at work get you.

I've got a compact with 50/38* plus 12-23, and a non-compact with 47/39 plus 13-23 or 11-21 when it's on the turbo.

That info probably doesn't help.

*kept the 34t in my spares box for eventualities.

hmm i think that is harder than my 39/25 lowest gear, but could consider 50/38 plus 12-25
