Maybe get some decent pictures if you wanna sell a bike...and definately don't post pictures of yourself sitting on it!! Jeeeez. And maybe, if you're asking that sort of money you might want to provide a proper spec...at least list the fucking dimensions. You really haven't thought it through properly.
Oh, and it's your first post is it? Prepare yourself for a fucking lynch-mob. Ahhh...
I was assuming the bike came with a FREE trendy wanker, as pictured – that's a steal!

Hello all,
I currently ride a battered old Claud Butler Urban 200 - had it for 5 years and it has been OK, no complaints.
I rarely use the gears on my Urban 200 so I now want to experience a single speed bike and in the process hopefully get a little bit fitter. I am complete entry level for single-speed, but would like the bike to give me the option of fixing so it would need a flip-flop hub.
I have about £500 to spend through our work Cyclescheme, so second-hand bikes are not an option, the scheme only allows for new bikes.
Which bike would you recommend for me to try for a test ride? I would like something that is fast, safe, easy to handle and robust as it will be used for commuting daily. I am a female, 5 foot 8 inches, medium build - if that make a difference.
Cheers! :)
Surly Steamroller, 53cm, has a flip flop. Will need to add a freewheel cog (£10) - the bike is listed as £600 at Evans Cycles, but can be had for £540 from www.winstanleysbikes.co.uk (they deliver for free) OR Evans will price match the £540 - that's about £500 :0)

For me the biggest unknown would be what the companies let you buy the bike for at the end of the lease period. 'Fair market value', I think it's described as. This could conceivable be quite high for a one-year lease. Or do companies play it cool and just charge a nominal amount? £10-30. Has anyone got that far in a scheme? What is your experience?

Does that truly include shipping to the UK? I doubt it! Free shipping within the US for sure. If it is free shipping to the UK, please let me know. My in-laws are visiting at Christmas from the USA and I was going to buy a bike in a deal like this too. Free shipping to the UK would save me waiting for them to schlep my bike over here.

Just done my second triathlon:
Swim 8:50 (300m) - same as last time
Bike 46:41 (22.5km) - better than last time
Run 41:16 (should have been 5km but misdirected by marshal, so a load of us did 8km!)I used a geared hybrid and was only over taken by nice-looking road bikes with aero bars, which was pleasing. I came 99th in the bike bit in a field of about 260-odd.
It is a well, flat course, so use of one gear is totally on for this race (St Albans Triathlon). Only thing against it, apart from the numbnuts marshal, is the early start time. You have to have your bike racked by 6.45am.
Zoinks! I can just about make a sub 50min 10k - that's without all the cycling and swimming before!
I did my first tri last year, a sprint (300m/20k/5k) and did 8:49, 48:34, 26:46 for an overall time of 1:23:56 - coming 153 out of 209. I guess I am old (44), riding a hybrid and I've never been fast (or first) at anything. In the main, I race to beat my own best times. Which is what I'll do in a couple of weeks when I do this race again. That's plenty of motivation for moi.
Next year I'd like to do an Olympic distance, but I can only think about a good time for me.
