Jake I'm at college there, at Camberwell. I go past that shop every day. I like the sign.
Ahhh good old College of Arts - I used to live in Vestry Rd just a bit further down on opposite side of road. You should try going for a drink in The Cadleigh, top of Bushey Hill Rd, opposite the college. Wicked pub run by a lovely Irish couple, Dermot & Mary.

aidan where abouts in camberwell is that??...im a regular visitor to that gang ridden area(camberwell has the biggest gang in south London according to GQ magazine)
The Camberwell Green end of Walworth Rd, on the left, can't miss it.
I used to live in Camberwell years ago, absolute shit'ole and is indeed rough, especially late at night around the Mcdonalds. I've seen kids chasing each other round there with knives! WTF!?

photoben That including all bits and bobs or just for a frame?
The full monty! Miche Primato crank etc....really nice looking frames, no decals except on the bottom tube. They had a nice black one in the window, saw a fella down Herne Hill the other week on a nice sky blue one and some doris going up Brixton Hill the other day on a baby pink one....
-
jonnywilkinson nice idea. reckon you have got to include nunhead and norwood though. nunhead is amazing and will be well spooky late at night (i am assuming we will be scaling walls into all of them as they will all be closed). norwood last perhaps.
nothing to do with the fact i live in tulse hill. honest guv.
I'm a Brixton Hill resident so anywhere south would be ideal.
Count me in btw!

brett I have the annoying yet correct habit of responding to any comment from friends/colleagues/acquaintances regarding public transport delays/poor health/minor bodily ailments/bad weather/bad day at work/bad mood/pretty much anything with the following:
"You wanna get yourself a bike"
Ha! That's exactly what I always say but with "it's the future!" at the end

TheBrick(Tommy) Everyone keeps on about a spotted thread so here it is, just remeber to pull this one up when you spot someone.
Me first,
Rakan. **Corner of Grays inn road and Ampton street **last night. Be cearful of this corner boys and girls I was waiting for police to turn up as I had just seen some locals who's mothers should have just given head beat the shit out of some poor cyclist waiting at the traffic lights, regular occuarce on that junction according to a local lady.
James, bike polo guy hops around alot, old street flying along.
I work on Britannia St 2/3 streets away and it doesn't surprise me. I have to cycle past there nearly everyday - mornings are OK but in the evenings you do get loads of grubby little estate kids haging around there - next to the cycle path, be warned!

teenslain Yeah been there, that's just up the street from one of my favourite bars in that part of town... Next time you're there check out Clientele and Supreme on Lafayette... Few cool places in and around Orchard Street too... And ARC/ALife on Rivington... Flight Club NYC on Greene St in NoHo... Endless list, can't wait to get there, takin' a massive empty Samsonite with me! :-D
Yeah mate, been there, done all that! ;-)
Enjoy! -

I *love *that store... Friendly folks, great kicks and they do a pretty nifty line in apparel too... Always spend *way *too much money in there...

For wicked sneaks, also check 'Classic Kicks' just round the corner(can't remember the street but ask DQM) they have awesome Vans in there, tasty apparell too

le car guide to blagging by a seasoned veteran:
1 - look confident, but not arrogant. You ARE on the list. If not probably your ASSISTANT fucked up
2 - know at least one useful name, but make sure you don't say "oh I'm on Sarah's list..." to Sarah.
3 - look smart and artsy. As described above, suit jacket, arty beard, arty glasses, Sidi's. OK the Sidi's may be a problem in some Mayfair clubs.
4 - mobile phone. Arrive speaking on the phone, and continue the conversation whilst trying to get in. Chances of being perceived as rude though.
5 - "the invite is at my office but I just flew in from NYC/Monaco/Tokyo/Islamabad"
6 - work in magazines. Have business card at ready. threaten repercussion in the press if not allowed in
7 - arrive with incredibly hot girl, who looks like she does NOT like to wait or queue
8 - wait for someone you know vaguely to arrive then proceed forward at the same time while chatting about last night's event
9 - find the back entrance, or the low fence
10 - practice all of the above for long enough and you'll be a regular on the secne anyway so you won't have to blag anymoreSeems like a lot of hard work an effort, just pay ya tight c***! ;-)

Those Campy Sherriff Star hubs look the tits - I'm watching them! ;-)
Reckon they'd be OK on some CXP 33's? Or what else would you recommend?
