Guy your expertises is needed, My fuji track came in on Friday :D and I've already got my mind set on upgrading a few parts mainly; tyres, adding a front brake, and a 18t free wheel sprocket. What i need help on is choosing the sprocket, any recommendation? heres the specs of the bike http://www.cyclesense.co.uk/products.php?plid=m1b0s294p3520

Your cycling down by hyde park, you see a fit girl, next thing you know you have crashed into a lampost. (Perfect pickup senario) you get chatting but you realise you forgot your phone. Turn to the back of your fuji track and you have a pencil right there, Handy! you never know when you will need a pencil

I'm not to scared about the gear ratio as i have been riding my ridge back hybrid bike on the stiffest gear for a 2 months now without changing, so hopefully the change to single speed will be easy (I'm sure using fixed gear will take some practice). But andrewleitch86 i will definitely need a front brake for road use, could you tell me where you got your parts from?
I keep hearing that the fuji has bad wheels, is it the tires or the actual rim, hub and spokes? (not needed right now) but whats a decent set you would recommend on a £100 budget?

~~Guys, after buying my fuji track last week i thought its time to get rid of some of my beaters. they say you can never have too many bikes but when you have to sleep in the bath tub because of them then i think you have reach your limit :P anyway.... first on my list is my giant expression for £15. rides like a charm and has served me well for a while but let me list the things wrong with it!
Things good about it:
heres a few pics of the bike if you interested,~~
