I am quite happy to take people through stretching routines after cycling in Richmond Park.
Its really good for the muscles, helping clean them post exercise, reducing recovery time and relaxed muscles can react faster.

wheels
robbojnr was looking at buying some sugino 75 cranks can someone tell me what size should one buy
I will guess that this is for a fixed gear bike (?) - then 165mm might be a good choice as you cannot level your cranks when you corner (the drivetrain will keep the cranks rotating) so 165mm might help you keep the cranks (pedals/shoes) from making contact with the ground.
But that is just a very wild guess as you have not told us what you are planning to do with these cranks.
im planning in using them for a new belt buckle what you think..what color the belt is orange

Hi Guys
I have a bit of a dilema, i have an 80's witcomb road frame should i build it up into a geared bike as that what i would like at the mo as my knees are f**ked from riding fixed.
Or
Should i sell it with the bits i got with it, and buy an italian frame and gear it ..
