I would suggest family business tattoo. They will be at the convention so if you are going drop in to have a chat with them or watch them at work. Great work coming out of that shop at the moment.

Can you help me find a second hand bike for my girlfriend thats not going to break the bank ie under £100 i guess. I dont mind if it needs a good clean up just needs all the main parts to be there.

Its just a nice big space to work in. The bikes live on the balcony. and the tools live in a box in the living room :p:p

Thats a shame. But if anyone knows someone that would be real good. I just dont want to live with someone that doesnt understand why i need to have my bikes and tools all over the living room.

Would that mean that it is likely to be 42mm?

If that is the case then i will probably chose the easy option of keeping the origional cranks on it as i quite like the oldschool feel.

Would it be expensive to get it re threaded? and where can you get things like that done?

Over the weekend i picked up an old raleigh record bike with looks to converting it to fixed gear.
After looking into it is seems that i might have a few problems changing over the cranks as it has 26tpi threading in the bottom bracket.

Has anyone else converted an old raleigh before that can suggest any ways to get around this or if i decide to stick with the old cranks is there likely to be any major chain line issues?
