'irregardless' is redundant.
i don't know if 'collateral damage' is a made up term, but the concept annoys the hell out of me
from the OED:
burglarize:
trans. To rob burglariously; to break into by violence for the purpose of theft. Also intr.
US origins in 1871 southern magazine.OED also has normalcy dating back to 1857 math dictionary, from the US, but tries to link you to normality instead. ha!

; )
kilgore_trout are those boots comfortable for cycling?
couldnt be more comfortable there flat soft leather boots. like wearing slippers. i hear through the grape vine that you dont approve???? : )
they just don't seem like they'd be very comfortable for riding around in and trying get in and out of clips in.
i remember back in the day just cruising around on a bmx and wearing my upthapunx! 14-eye doc martens and finding that to be somewhat of a bitch even for just riding to the local bodega or whatever.i also can't stand clips and straps. ever since going clipless i can't imagine going back, it just feels way too lose. and on my clipless i make sure the tension is ridiculously high.

normalcy is (was) a fake word until that idiot of a president woodrow wilson used it in a speech. he meant to say 'return to normality' but said 'normalcy' and it just kinda stuck. i'm fairly certain that up until that point it wasn't a legit word.
i was, however, under the impression that burglarize is a real word.

most of those are pretty good. i refuse to read photoben's because last time someone one some other site posted a long joke i quit about 1/4 of the way through when i saw it going no where. someone said it turned out to be 11,000 words. so fuck that.
how do you circumsize a red neck?
kick his sister in the jaw.
(bad american one, i know)

at the very end of doing my first fixed century, encountered some rolling hills which just killed me. plus i was riding with another guy on a fixed and a guy on a road bike, both of whom had done 1/2 the distance i did, so they kept pushing on.
i was kinda hoping this thread was going to be about someone's hour record attempt...

I was looking at that, it looks amazing, but you're right - for no apprent reason. there was another one on there a few weeks ago, a 60's one I believe. Buy it now at £99...
Are you bidding?
sadly not. just because it's damn near impossible for me to try and get that back to the US
just hide it under your shirt and pretend you're fat like the rest of the us. actually i thought they allow sporting equipment at small costs.
problem is finding a box that big to be able to fit it in.
