Just received my third despatch email from Pact. So far I'm really enjoying it. I always forget to re-order and so go a few days without good coffee but subscriptions send more coffee than I require. Getting the pre-despatch email is great because it gives me the option of delaying the coffee by a few days (5 days this time) and choosing from the selection of coffees they've got available. Would highly recommend it (particularly with the first bag being £1, that's what roped me in).

My vote's for Bristol. If you don't know your way around (as I didn't) it's far too easy to be at the bottom of a massive hill.
Edinburgh is similar but less hilly and more cobbly (also don't know my way around). Glasgow's just wet all the time (though not today so far).

I love my coffee but I rarely drink more than 4 cups a day, partially because I'm a coffee snob. I rarely drink coffee after 4:00pm so 4 cups between 7:30am and 4:00pm is quite hard for me to fit in.

I've bought DZR shoes for £40
I bought the same shoes. Very happy with them. Will buy some non-slip on ones at full price eventually but for £40 these are stellar.

Last week I bought a bottle of Boodles. Think it was about £28. Cue friends round for a film on Friday and now I no longer have any Boodles left. Thoroughly enjoyed it but don't really see it as something I'll buy regularly. Blackwoods is still one of my favourites and with the price Tesco sells it at it's hard to pass up.

Dear Green have 990 likes on Facebook and are giving a 6 month coffee subscription to their 1000th liker (UK only). Only had their coffee in Glasgow cafés but it's good stuff.

Just did an experiment. 102° when the kettle switched off. 73° at 1 minute after 50ml put into cold cup.

I'm staying Grenoble from the 16th to the 22nd this July and on the 19th we've booked a car so we can get closer to the Galibier. This journey involves crossing the tour route at La Chambre. I'm 100% sure that the route crosses bridge over and the A43 (our route) but should I expect any issues? Also, our part of our route is on the Hors Course for the day. Is anyone aware of any issues driving on the Hors Course?
We'll be leaving Grenoble at 9:15am and, following our ride, we might take the car to Annecy and ride to the finish at Le Grand- Bornand.

Yeah the front brake cable is weird. I'm not a fan of the fork either.
I think if I put the cable in the left of the brake it'll be a bit better. Not entirely sure on whether the brake is compatible with reversing the cable.

The foot falling off is the clue I think. GP may have prescribed nightly dose because the patient is perhaps already taking a statin in the evening and has potential compliance problems.
