Thnx all who gave dehumidifier advice upthread, we’re in an almost new build and upstairs room is v humid (up to 70%), probably a combination of a new house drying out and the humidity we generate.
Saw some very faint signs of moisture creeping through the ceiling’s insulation and plasterboard so hoping this helps. -
Surely it's about quantities and impact? Yes, it takes some resources and energy to produce bikes and phones and clothes but their environmental and humanitarian impact is nothing compared to what oil companies profit from. The real point tho is that BC (and every pro cyclist sporting the shell logo) is greenwashing a very dirty company, as @Eejit pointed out so eloquently.

Anyone wants free pink plasterboard and metal studs? It's cut but not that much. Slim chance prob but let me know if you want to pick it up from SE16

Due to circumstances, I had to build a partition wall for a week only. Let me know if you want the plasterboard (pink / fire rated) and metal studs. Collect from SE16.
The wall was 6.9m long and 2.75m high with one notch to accommodate a ceiling joist, about 14 sheets of plasterboard (obv. now cut) and some extra metal studs.

I've just moved and can't use these anymore. 2 chrome wire shelving units, used for clothes mostly so almost like new. Load capacity 150kg per shelf.
2100mm x 450mm x 1200mm (HxDxW) - 6 shelves with 1 translucent shelf liner
2100mm x 450mm x 900mm (HxDxW) - 7 shelves with 1 translucent shelf liner
These are about £140 each new. £100 for both, collected in SE16? -

this company is good: showroom in NW London, detailed online quote builder, sheets/materials ranging from £-£££
I’m using Nike Run Club on my phone (with headphones), either guided runs (some of the coaching is a bit annoying) or non-guided (will still tell you intervals.) Haven’t been running for that long and don’t want to buy a watch (yet.)
