i switched from straps to clipless/cleats and found i had more controll over the pedal stoke = more controll when reducing speed and more force when accelerating. just practice cliping in and out. do you have a front break??? thats generally a good thing to stop you from flying in to the back of taxis..as for your legs killing you..is that good ache from work out, if so thats good.

Agreed vaz was fairly cheep and easy to get to, no bother with post and stuff, but its chipping a bit now, but for a second hand rig that going to be a run arround bike it I think it alright, as said befor 1 week turn arround 50 note its ok not great but ok. shall i say ok again.....ok

winston Don't
A thin application of new glue will re-activate the old stuff, which already has a solid "purchase" on the tub and rim...so you get a better stuck tub!
could be a problem if your changing a tub from a rim with a different number of spokes though!
If you wanna clean the edge of the rims, make sure you use the solvent and then clean it off BEFORE you put tubs back on, it's not a good idea to clean rim edges after as spilt solvent will attack the structure of the tyre (as will the glue so don't get any glue on the tyre, try and keep it to the tape and rim)
Winston the glue is really really old and has lostr all the tack im looking to clean them up for selling.... is this still the case that the new glue will reactivate the old glue?

Jake I just want a stem, quill type, quite long really, for a threaded 1" steerer. If I can pay you over PayPal with postage that would be great.
Merci

are you in london??? if not pay pal to cover pint and postage will rock!
