i managed to get the rear sprocket as well with taht method, but the problem i'm having now is on the other wheel, where the lock ring doesnt want to come off... i've got the dura-ace rear sprocket remover but it doesnt fit :(

i work in the city by monument tube station. every time i go out for a smoke, i see a few courriers a day :) inspiration! :)

in high traffic, can any of u hop onto pavement effortlessly to skip a black cabbie too close to the "cycle lane"? i saw one the other day by blackfriars, it looked so smoooth!! :)

for me it'd have to be a rear one as i saw on some forums that since they are so rigid when u take a good turn they can flank on you!

and if this happens to ur back wheel u'll know it right when it starts rather than when u r on the floor eating concrete lol

46x16 is definetely a good gearing for this...

tip: make sure dont loose the stream of the pack, otherwise it means MUCH harder work to make it back to the pack!
tip2: more pressure on those tyres!!
