Just had a female friend get done by Edwardes - took her (admittedly pos) gt mtn bike in to sort out indexing and They told her that it wasn't worth fixing - she got persuaded into a part exch (£30!) for a pos £200 nodder bike. Changed her mind in cold light of day and now they are refusing to give her bike / money back. Admittedly I'm getting this second hand but it sounds shabby nonetheless. Anyone got any thoughts / advice on what to do?
