As in, it looks like it could have been front ended.

It's sold now. Not sure if it's the photo angle but that clearance of wheel to DT looks extremely tight.

You can send the hub/wheel to SON for servicing via SJS. It's an excellent service - capped at £65 for new internals and mine have all been returned within a few weeks.
