If they really sent this reply it is a disgrace and they should be outed for anti-British bias on every cycling website and I would hope dropped by any British cycling club who they sponsor. Whatever about producing stuff abroad, I think its an accepted tradition of capitalism, rubishing native craftspeople in this way is very damaging to our economy and could result in companies going abroad who would otherwise create jobs in Britain.

Yeah I can assure they sent me this letter, Roberto wanted to post this up after I forward him Rapha's reply, which to tell you the truth shocked me heh. I am sure to stay away from them even more after I received this horrendous reply. I can't belive he even stated that British craftminship is crap, look at some of the best clothing and cycling companies are in the UK.
