thanks guys, so i am getting the wrong part mixed up but it is possible to move lever closer to bars? Does the AVID speed dial do the same thing? Its for my girlfriends polo bike, she has really tiny hands and a normal lever is tiring to reach for her.

Am i right in thinking that these levers have two settings that means the lever itself can be made closer to the bar? Ben didnt you have one? @CoventryEagle

The deal with the sponsors and logos on the court ... (originally) you can sell banners like they do for around the track. The track sell them them at £250 per year per banner. And the manufacture of the banner comes out of that price. I sold a couple a few years ago, but then i went to Canada and they did not get printed. We did get the money though. I dont see why the arrangement would change, but if they are doing the whole 'sight line' nag again then that might be a pain. Sorry to hear about the court, seems a shame, but i think that anyone can see how much use we have got and the HHV have got out of the court. Pipes and boards around bottom would be amazing and seeing as their is no checking on court (and is going out of the game for anyone not the ball carrier) this would be perfect. Well done Jimmy for your persistence.

Two things to report from my travels:
Madrid open: No checking around the court, because the rails werent safe enough. I liked this rule, (go figure herne hill users) but really i liked it as a spectator just as much as a player. The game flows better when people have to give you space. The ball carrying and stealing is more skillful. No stops in play from big smashes. The spectators dont lose there, beer / face / life from boredom.

Perpignan: Instant mix for when the numbers are uneven. Instead of a 'buy' you play against a randomly selected 3 other players. The result is always a 3-0 to the 'real team' but everyone gets a good team game out of it and essentially another round. Plus you get to meet 2 new people you might not normally get to play with. win win.
