save your tubulars for race day and if you wanted to train on clinchers that is good tho training tubwheels are lighter and no tape just in case they roll.. glue or shellac is faster.. good race clinchers are continental supersonic.. nice tyre..
Dugast are made to order and you cant warm up on them anyway at more than £100.00 a tyre would you want to ride them on the road to cut them up as they could be an indoor tyre .vitoria and conti do decent training tubulars below £20.00

next week is the last week for dulwich college VCL circuit training.. no more untill november! but i heard from ross at bc and simon schmidt vcl that due to the amount of induction no one can get on the track! there may be a possible sunday training sessions for riders.. beginning soon when the clocks go forward i expect ??

training session was good as usual.shuttle running is difficult and painfull, at times but good none the less.it starts at 7pm till nine with streching at the end...try and make it next week, all ages welcome i guess.but it will over soon as h/h starts on the 7th...so training will cease..then or just before..push hard...!

iv been goin for the past five weeks.. everybody else have been going since september, but it would be good if a few more heads would turn up as well.£5.00 for the painfull session with Dave Creasy. VCL, starting about 730pm..on tueday evenings.. only about 6 weeks to good friday meet yall...m

i m going down next saturday 24th to get some training in weather permitting, before the the clocks go back doodes.. is anybody goin down h/hill that week end or is it all over...?
