hi hussy my advice would be get a bike wth a brake on a cheap beater, of your choice! with a 68.or lower gear so you an learn all the skills you want to be a good a safe rider. you would be upset to get your "track" bike stolen.take that Nagasawa to h/h velodrome and let it rip as fast as you can with no clamp on brake and see for your self, how strong your legs are..enjoy and ride fast.. and safe..m

hi make sure you have a 109 bb and a bit of a slack chain as well, its faster, as hkk vertex,or even a shadow no 1,or no2 halflink bmx chain there quite low noise too, abit of oil is good but not drowned in,i have a sugino 75 sc3ring and a gigas cog+vertex chain its good but still get a bit of noise somtimes but dont mind too much as long as i dont come last every time..

that guy Rene from" blogspot" is very polite and his parts are v.clean , i received some new parts from him after a week or so via ems.i am waiting for some stuff from Gabriel who is njs" export"he has a hella of stock,good used parts, and he also is very polite chap both are a great source for njs fans out there
