I think with this case its a bit of each to their own.
Some people will like it, some people won't.
I would love one as a city bike, although I don't think I will ever own one as £750 gets you a whole lot of other bike. One thing that is wrong is the name, "Gangsta TRACK", I can just immagine the German pursuit team on them now.
It does sound a lot better then "Gangsta Fixed", but why not just "Gangsta"? -

Haha, thats the most expensive piece of wood I've ever seen. Click on the pic. He's selling hundreds, I was thinking of winning them all and re-building Manchester velodrome in the back garden.
I have a knackered Conti tubular that was used on the legendary Manchester track, It comes with a 'certificate of authenticity' that I made on MS word. £80???
Anyone? -

I think the brackets are crap too, I just carry the lock in my bag.
I have the NY3000, I pulled off the silver mount bracket, makes the lock look better and is one less thing to do-in your paint job. It was easy to do, like your meant to be able to do it.
Can you move the silver bit off the Evo Mini? looks like an allen key hole on it. But in the open pic, I see the shackle has a wider ring on it, so it couldn't slide off.
Does that make sense?P.S. The anti theft offer is pure crap, When I read the small print on mine it made no sense. You need to return the bust lock to get it or something and no thieving git will leave that, as evidence.

Thanks for the info Tommy, from what I read it would appear to be ok, or atleast not too bad. I'm the type of guy who will walk on the grass after reading the 'don't walk on the grass sign'. So, I think I will lace radially after reading the 'don't lace radially' sign.
Does anyone have any experience with radially laced Dura-Ace HB-7600's? particularily the 32 holes. Might keep the rear crossed both sides though. Hmmm...

Build, what kind of wheel was it? I've seen a pic of a bike of yours on another thread. Dura-Ace HF to Velocitys Deep Vs?
Just want to know as I have a set of the same hubs (are yours 32 hole?) and want them laced to Velocitys. I was hoping to lace the front and non-drive side radially, but the piece of papper warning of hub failure from radial lacing scared me off.
I'm no porker, but i would want to use them on London roads. How have yours been? Do you know who built them?
Does anyone else have any info on the dangers (or lack of dangers) of doing this? -

No luck, gonna keep my eye on the Bay.
But I'm quite happy to use it in the meantime. As I say its not as bad as it looks.
If I were to get 1 inch threadless forks, I could fit them right? I would need to change the headset bearings and stem though. I'm not going to do this, but I have always wanted to know if there is anything wrong with doing that. -

There are two cups that hold the BB cartridge in the frame, by winding these cups out or in on the threads, you can tweak the chainline. Not by cm's, but mm's.
You will need a Campagnolo cassette tool to adjust the cups. Not all work, I've heard the Park one does and I can confirm that one made by Pedros does too.
I only fitted mine last week, and haven't put enough miles into it to say if the Miche system is hard-wearing.
It is however much lighter then the dirty lump of cast iron that Shimano call a BB, which it replaces.
