nope, well not really...as in officially :P

i have (as i kinda said) moved the spool housing round so the arm on the spool hooks up the thread from the needle, it may be wrong though (and likely is)

in what way do you think i need to change the timing?

yeah it likely is cause i had to adjust the spool bit on the driving arm because the needle was hitting the wrong side of the spool case.....im making sense yes?
