Haven't heard much since I last posted unfortunately.Apparently Andy has some internal damage to his lungs and liver but he is conscious and talking.That's all I know at the moment.

The police officer I spoke to yesterday rang me to make an appointment for me to give a statement. She told me that last night he was sitting up in bed talking. That's a miracle after what I saw yesterday. In a way I'd like to go and see him, but perhaps that's not appropriate, but I know it makes a big difference if you know there are people around who care about how you're doing. So if anyone does know him and see's him let him know that we're all rooting for him and we want to buy him a pint - several pints when he's out of hospital.

Now I have to do my lunchtime ride on a hire bike. I'll be very careful.

A few of my courier mates went to see Andy last night.He has had an operation and is hopefully going to be ok though his leg is in a bad way.My friends are going to visit him again tonight again so I'll post an update on his condition soon.

Ok...This is actually very very sad and I am trying to keep it together...my most beautiful and beloved bicycle KENEVANS has been stolen in Stratford yesterday.I finaly found out what it feels like when you come out of a building and your bike is not there anymore...its hurts...I registered it stolen with cops and a nice cabby took me home...Please keep ya eyes out for Ken..I can feel he misses me lots...and its probably very scared now...some horrible person is riding it..shit man..this sucks!!Proper shit!!!!

It's a very distinctive bike,there is only one in the country we think,it's an orange,pink and purple"KENEVANS"track bike with risers and a few House of Pistard stickers on it the wheels had spokey-dokeys.This is all the info I have at the moment,I'll get a picture up soon.

My friend,Justa,has been re-united with her bike.A newbie courier had it and was spotted a few times during the week.Another courier friend took it off him yesterday.

Blink and you've missed it but it's gets across the feeling of riding hammered.Not bad.

I raced Lucas Brunelle's London Calling cat.It was staged at 3 in the afternoon on a saturday and we were sent through the West End which I thought was a bit much.We rightly got a lot of shit from the peds,The place was mobbed,and one or two of us were attacked,I can tell you it wasn't fun.

I want to show the LCEF film, was one of my favourite in the BFF...but do I want the ruckus?
