If anyone's interested, I will be getting some Pro Lite Rosa wheels when my new track bike arrives next week. I'm going for tubular wheels (this is why I sold the Ellipses) so will be selling the Pro Lites. They'll come straight off the bike so will be brand new, and I'll put some used but good Michelin Axial Pro folding tyres (and tubes) on, I'm after £120 for them.

They're similar to the Ellipses, all black, deep section rims, and cartridge bearing hubs

Oakley Radar XLs in retina burn with fire iridium lenses. Unwanted present - I was going to use them with a TT helmet but ended up buying one with a visor - so only worn once and in mint condition. They're still in the original Oakley packaging, come with a hard case and polishing cloth. £80 please, or £85 posted.

Hi all, Mavic Ellipse wheelset for sale: deep section rims, aero spokes, double fixed rear hub. 2 years old, and track use only, so mint condition. Fitted with Conti GP4000 tyres and Conti tubes, and you can have a pair of Bontrager hardcase tyres thrown in in case you want something a bit more robust.

It looks like 1 set of cranks at least will be available: Truvativ Omnium, 48T chainring, external bearing BB, 170mm in mint condition. As with the frames, collection from east London, cheers.

Having a clearout to make way for my new frame, so these are up for sale:

Dolan Pursuit Champion frame, Alpina carbon aero forks (drilled), carbon seatpost, Alpina headset: these were only made in one size, 52cm seat tube and 54cm top tube iirc - will check later

Viner Perfecta carbon frame and forks (drilled) with semi-integrated seatpost design, Easton EC70 seatpost, EA70 stem, Cane Creek headset: 56cm seat and top tube:

Both frames have only been used on the track, mostly for national and regional championships, and a few track meets, so they're mint. I'm 6' and they both fit me fine.

£250 each, collected from east London. The Truvativ Omnium cranks are also available for another £80 each, and some Deda Pista bars for £30.

For sale: Principia Ellipse, 57cm frame, in Danish national colours paint job. 2004 model (the last year that Principias were built in Denmark), purchased NOS in 2009 and used for 2 season's racing. It's a classy frame, very stiff and light, and is in great condition. It comes with a full carbon fork, cartridge aheadset, and EA70 carbon seatpost. I'm after £180; it can be seen/collected in east London.

Coke can shims will stop slippage, but if you run the wrong size seatpost for long enough you may crack your frame as the seatpost isn't supported all the way down... they tend to go round the front of the seat tube. I wouldn't do this on a decent frame, esp anything with thin walled tubing.

Get some cone spanners of the appropriate size (best to take hub to a bike shop to check the size), grease, degreaser (GT85, white spirit, etc), and some rags. Put something on the floor so that you won't lose all the bearings when you remove the axle. Open it up, hope that the bearing races are still good, clean, regrease, put it all back together again. Easy!!

Somewhere like the Park Tools website has probably got a nice easy guide to doing this with pics.

It's a very stylish suit, but I've realised that I just can't 'do' suits. £140, or £150 posted.

i prefer the Rudys as the arm of the Zeros is quite thick and obtrusive when you look to the side, but neither of them fit well under my TT helmet.

Gizmond, maybe you should ask questions before you say that you'll take something; that way the seller doesn't have to tell genuine buyers that the item has been sold, only for you to change your mind.
