eeehhhh How do we know they are genuine addresses though...? Do you not see where I'm coming from?
Well, you see, if you use your brain and do a bit of research on the telephone or internet you could easily find out that the company I work for actually exists and has done for many years, and that I have worked for them for 13 months. So no, I don't see where you're coming from.As for my home address, I don't know how you would check that out, but I'm sure that if you read it out to one of the directors of my company they would confirm it.
Shit, if people are really that paranoid I could even post a photocopy of my work ID card, payslip, my electricity bill, passport, driving license and council tax... But to be honest I'm not that desperate to get rid of this hub (or make myself that vulnerable by providing so much personal info to random strangers).
Do you buy things from eBay? How do you know their addresses are genuine? I know of lots of people who have been ripped off by seemingly genuine eBayers with plenty of real feedback and years of membership, and there is no real way of tracking them down.
If I had 2,500 posts would you still be asking the same questions? Would that automatically make you regard me as a genuine seller in your mind?

But it's still fair to say though, that a low post count does usually guarantee illegitimacy. If you said meet in person it'd have been more convincing.
So you didn't read the bit where I said I would supply both my work and home addresses and phone numbers either?
Not much chance of meeting in person unless you want to take the day off work and make a trip up to birmingham.

I find it hilarious that people think that a high postcount guarantees legitimacy.
I don't use this forum a lot. So fucking what.
I could have 24,000 posts on here and still rip you off, with you having no way of getting your money back.
I am being very open by offering to supply my home address, work address, home and work telephone numbers, and only asking for cheque payment (by which you could easily get your money back if something went wrong) so what's your problem dogsballs?

"So you'd be cool if I wired up my house using electricity from your powerlines? It's outside your house, unsecured and you pay for it while I use it.
Just because it's there doesn't mean you should be allowed to take it. Anyway, I'm off to take all the outdoor chairs from cafe's to sell on ebay.. ;)"That's different though isn't it, and you know it is.
They are paying a fixed fee per month, so if you 'steal' someone's internet connection you are not stopping them from using it like you would be if you stole their chairs, and you are not making them pay extra like you would if you stole their electricity.

Stef to work out gear inches ypu gotta multiply your chainring teeth by your rim circumference then divide it by the sprocket
e.g. (42x27)/16= very good gering for the big smoke 70.8 with track bars and good legs it'll make you sprint way faster than cars up to theyr 3rd gear, fast as a bullet...
Your rim circumference is 27 inches? -

I have to keep my water in my bag rather than on my bike, to avoid getting road filth all over them. My Science In Sport ones are shit - they leak all the time no matter how tightly they're screwed closed. Which means clients sometimes get moist deliveries.... not good. Anyone know of any really good watertight bottles?
