I'm not sure. Were his knees hitting his chin and was he in a suitably inappropriate gear? Suppose that would only indicate if the bike he was already on was nicked.
Similarly, as I turned off the high street to come home this evening, I see a group of about 15 of da kidz eyeing the bike and one says to another, "speshalaaaaaazed". Could have been misplaced envy or "let's nick it off this beer laden mug"

These days, if you want to make the music you really want to then enough technology is generally available for you to be able to make it and allow others to hear it. Just don't expect to make a living out of it. If your "talent" gets spotted and you're signed up AKA "Living The Dream" then you're likely to spend years jumping through hoops to please your employers. Obviously there are exceptions, but if the music's really what matters to you then just get on and do it.

I'm building a road bike with a Condor Frame I got off ebay a while back, and I just rocked up with it one day. A chap in there told me pretty much every measurement and bit of info I needed just from glancing at the thing, even down to the year it was made.

Ok so I went and did some "training" today. 50 miles it is to Reading from my place. My advice: bring much food and eat it before you think you need it, or else you're in trouble!

Strange to be marketed as a "Track Frameset" yet have 3 braze-ons for a rear brake cable plus a rear drilling. If it was a complete bike I could understand, but something about that doesn't ring true to me.

Seriously though, I always leave home soooo tired, but my first mile and a half is solid uphill so by the time I've finished that I've got blood/adrenaline pumping round and can't help myself after that.

Rode my old MTB to work this morning (see bust rear wheel/freewheel thread for explanation). Didn't like it. I kept going to slow down and getting a nasty shock when I kept on going. Also nearly tried to trackstand and sent my legs spinning off backwards.

Pyramids?
Training terminology?
