that was me yes, i went to buy some "slacks" for work, having worn the same clothes to school for the past four years. i also got one of those spanners that encases the whole nut and stops you rounding them off when tensioning. these are the things i do on my days off. i may even go to sainsbury's in cambridge heath later, just for the sheer fun of it.
what were you riding?

it's a lovely bike - but i don't quite get why the tape appears at the bottom of the bars - the bike has a brake, suggesting it won't see much track action, and the owner's hands will not stray far from the tops. so is it purely an aesthetic decision?

the only reason i knew is because i typed in "soap" in google, looking for the wikipedia entry so i could make a cheap forum hyperlink jibe, and it came up with some filthy techspeak.
