I'm bored of taking off my front wheel - or not taking it off and worrying about it. So I'm trying to decide whether to get a pitlock skewer (20£) or one of those small kryptonite d locks (35£). Obviously price says the pitlock - but anyone have any experience with them? Also i guess the d-lock could come in handy if I didn't wanna go out with my full lock, but carrying it is just more weight...
Anyone want to help me swing my mind either way?

I'm sure if i can pretty much anyone can as long as you have legs ;)Tbh i didnt notice what was happening either side of me - all i knew that whoever was getting impatient behind me in the van could fuck off ;)

The Flying Scotsman is a true story based on the inspirational and remarkable Scottish cyclist, Graeme Obree. In 1993, this unemployed amateur broke the world one-hour record on a bike of his own revolutionary design, which he constructed out of scrap metal and parts of a washing machine. Shortly after Graeme broke the record, he lost his title when another cyclist beat his time. This only served to motivate Graeme to break the record again, while also battling mental illness.

IMDB says first UK showing is mid-August at Edinburgh Film Festival :( But its out elsewhere first so i guess it will be available in 'naughty places'.

I'm using a diatech dirty harry which i picked up from Edwardes in Camberwell/Walworth Road on road drops. Wanna try some risers and or track drops though. Spend most of my time hands in the centre. Never tried bullhorns, but they dont appeal that much. I much prefer the look of the cyclocross levers than the real chunky bmx levers.

Wheels about 120£ so no bolts - got my back wheel with bolts nicked last November which has spurred this bout of security conciousness :(
Cheers for the suggestion tho...
