i've been using a windproof glove from mountain warehouse for the last 10 years or so. on my third-ish pair now. slightly fleecy, nice and warm not too thick and the windproof layer keeps your hands from cooling via wind chill. they can get a little sweaty inside once you warm up and they've been good for all but the very coldest days, when i break out a pair of berghaus mountaineering gloves.

i think i'll just go with the standard shimano one from biketart at £15. have a socket set that should fit it nicely.

bike tart have the shimano tool at £15 .... new standard is the mt800 bb right ? the older larger one is the bb52. just want to make sure i don't have a brain fade moment and just get the older sized one again ! it's difficult to judge the size via an online photo
