Peckham car park. I wasn't at the last one, but from what I gather there are some problems with the Railton Rd place and we were kicked out of the Brixton car park previous to that.
With 1/2 hour to go before decision time it doesn't look promising though
On a related note anyone got any ski poles going spare? clefty?

well, it looks like we've got no shortage of warm bodies, however sourcing mallets/balls may prove to be a problem...
from the messages above it looks like skoota has 3, however he has yet to reply about tonight?anyone know how to contact him to see if we can borrow for the evening if he can't make it?
Also although I went to the inaugural at the brixton car park i have yet to make it to the peckham location - anyone have an address?

skoota hamster is that fyfield rd? If it is its perfect, might hav eto fight a few estate kids for the court though, its also just round the corner from the carpark. Its quite well lit around there anyway because its right on an estate. Is it just too dark for night time though?
yeah fyfield road. pretty dark.
also in the original bike polo thread there was reference to courts previously used for polo at mint st near borough tube?

hi guys, i'm well up for this. There's this court, but it's unlit and outdoor. however it is well enclosed (checked it out last night), the goals exist, free, and very near Brixton. Maybe better for daytime polo.
Potential Brixton Court? -

thanks guys, but my cranks aren't actually the 75s, they're the RD2 (which came stock on the 06 langster). i wonder how much these cranks differ from the 75s, chainline wise. they're JIS taper so campy is out.
after a bit of research i think that the stronglight JD400 (107mm spindle) is the way forward, but can't seem to find any british sources for them. perhaps will can sort me outcheers

Going to resurrect this topic.
I have the crankset at the bottom of this page, the RD2.
http://www.suginoltd.co.jp/singlespeeder_e.htmlThey say this gives a chainline of 45mm. I've got Goldtec hubs with an EAI cog, which should give a chainline slightly more than 45mm. However my chainline is out by more than slightly (at least a couple of mm). Who's wrong?
The spindle is 103mm. Am I right in thinking that a new bb with a spindle about 107 (ie the miche mentioned above) should fix the problem?Cheers for that

VB (vanilla-boy?):
I've been wondering whether I'm the only one.
When there's lots of quoting in a discussion, the indentation goes all screwy. By the 50th comment on a page, up to half of the 50th comment is 'off the screen' on the LHS of the page.
This seems to happen on both IE6 and firefox. I've attached a screenshot:
anyone else had this ?? how to fix?? thanks
