Im no expert on marketing but the only thing they mention is the price and that puts me off right away. Not that Im tight, the bikes in my garage go from £600 up to £3.5k in value, but it makes me feel that theyre just after the shekels.
Also back in the day (love that phrase , makes me feel "street") the Old kent Road was a shithole, which doesnt sound good image wise unless its been transformed since I last projjd down it?

Guys I know we`ve all come across idiot drivers, but imagine that multiplied tenfold.
Its very easy to "turn the cheeck", "rise above it" etc on your commute or a weekend clubrun, but believe me after 8 or 9 hours of w*nker drivers even Mother Teresa would want to give em some.
I dont know Ryan personally, but my guys tell me hes alright, so I`ll help him out too, as Id want fellow cyclists to help me out if I was in the same position.
Which I may be if I see that idiot in the Nissan Xterra with Corps Diplomatique plates again ;)

Are we allowed to like Howies? Thats a very good question. Ive been dealing with David, Claire and co ever since they sold stuff from their house in London and have always loved their kit. Their stuff is excellent, best merino stuff ive come across, lovely denim (Im actually wearing an 10 year old pair of Howies heans today), nice dsigns. Can we still love them now theyre owned by Timberland is the real question?
As for Rapha, ive got quite a bit of their stuff and none of it has conked out yet (praps ive just been lucky) and I love their "fixed" shorts very very comfy.

The cateye combo is a seriously good set of lights. They are a bit expensive but certainly do the job, the front one being particularly bright.
But and I know this may be contentious, any lights spoil the look of my bike.
Cant someone design some cool looking lights that actually work?
