Hmm tough one. Not that I actually go to games and can therefore speak from experience, but I don't think I would report someone up if they were acting in an overtly racist manner at in a football ground. I don't think I would see it as my public duty. If a club wants to clamp down on it than that's their prerogative. If what was said or done personally offended me then I would have no qualms in saying what I thought to that person's face. I can't think of much that would rile me or hurt my feelings that badly that I would need to do that though.
I don't think it's a problem at the Emirates anyway, our fanbase is fairly diverse in ethnic origin.

Hi friends. I don't get much use out of this any more so it's up for sale.
Condor Lavoro frame and fork. 58cm size. Some scratch marks on it, mostly around the ST and some on the stays. There's also a small dent on the TT near to the HT. I'm not sure how it got there - I haven't crashed it. Frame is true. Fork is the Carbon straight blade one that came with the frame. Deda 7003 tubing. V nice frame to ride.
Comes with Headset (original Condor one) and standard Miche 107x68 BB.

Also, I was wondering about this the other day, is there a forum/bbs style group chat app?
Something like Google Talk, but more forum like, as in you should be able to upload pics from your phone into the conversation. Also embed vocaroo could be useful, even simultaneous webcam between multiple users would be cool, although I have no idea how feasible this is on current tech (I use a BB).
It would be integrated so you'd receive an alert when someone posts something or pings you. The only thing that is comparable that I can think of would be WhatsApp groupchat but that's not ideal.
