I finished it with a pure strength build. I pretty much only leveled strength, vit, and end. Think i stopped leveling strength at 60ish, but wore a few things to push my strength further.

That boss could definitely have done with a stake of marika at the top of the lift. The boss fight itself was fine though.

I've gone full strength, with a tad of int to use some basic spells. Doing me ok so far - think i'm mid game? Went with the heavy brick hammer for most of it, but playing around with starscourage greatsword at the moment

There's plenty other loft conversions on the road that haven't extended the height, so there's enough vertical space. They're just trying it on hoping the council don't find out.

Edit: looking at that^, it looks like they've even built up the party wall so they could go even higher

Is this taking the piss in regard to permitted development and 'No part of the extension to be higher than the highest part of the existing roof'

They've raised the original roofline to the height of the party walls (which also increased the steepness of the road facing roof)

I can’t get my head around those hinges? Aren't they going to make it tricky for the door to clear the frame when it opens/closses?

I get that, the feeling of have i missed stuff, but much prefer going through completely blind for first run. Getting all the things is for subsequent runs

Loving elden ring. Didn't appreciate how big the world is - its massive. Took a lift in a pretty innocuous looking building, and it opened up a whole new layer under the regular map.
Beat my first dragon down there too.

i live in a newbuild maisonette styled like the neighbouring edwardian properties. there can be a happy medium........... i think
