Selling my PullUpMate callisthenics bars as I got injured and can't use them anymore.

Brilliant for indoor and garden use, they are perfect for a good home workout and can be used for both pull ups and dips.

They are very easy to put up and down, and pack nicely in the gravity fitness bag I bought separately.

My pub bike's freewheel gave up, so I need another rim brake wheel.

I'm looking for:
700c wheel
cassette hub or single speed
130mm axel width (normal for rim brakes)
other than that I don't care about much else!
