Hello everyone! Unfortunately my Oltre XR2 has been deemed unfit for road because of some carbon fractures and my insurance settled my claim with cash. The frame is up for sale in the relevant section if needed as damaged. Price is £150 which is basically the value of the salvageable parts. If you can repair it though, it will be a good carbon frame from Bianchi at a stupid cost :) but let's move on! I've acquired an Oltre XR4 and I'll be installing my Chorus 12 on it.

I've received the frame today and started with some housekeeping work, namely removed the Shimano pressfit BB with some hammering...what a scare...

Now it's time for some cleaning

I have acquired some big boxes+padding so I should be able to ship the wheels too. At a cost obviously which I fear is in the region of 10/15£

One element I changed since the Shimano build is sheathing the cables (both gear and brakes) on the sections where they were "naked". I hope it's not going to bite back with decreased performance but so far no issues. Hopefully the sheathing hopefully will protect them longer :)

I've been riding this beauty indoor for the last few months for the Ford rideLondon.
I really love how it works now. I've tuned the potenza 11 to a point it is just perfect! That's a hell of a groupset, really love it.

I have this set of Mavic Aksium wheels. Front and Rear. Shimano hub and skewers included.

Very little wear on both tracks if non existent. I've used them for less than 600km. Selling them because I got myself a pair of fulcrum when changing groupset from Shimano to Campag.

I have this frameset that came back from CBR with roughly 1000+£ repairs + new fork. It is damaged. I have it at home but I have no idea how to repair the carbon. To be honest, I cannot see any of the damaged pieces mentioned in the report with naked eye, I guess they had some instruments to do so. I can share the report with whoever may be interested in the frame.

I think this will make a good turbotrainer bike as suggested by one of the people that contacted me. I have a "spare" groupset if needed. Everything but the BB and the Front mech in a mix of dura ace (Cassette), UItegra (crank, brakes) , 105 (RD and shifters).
